Physician Referral Network

MCC Physician Referral Network

Connecting Patients to Expertise. Improving Access to Care.

Introduction

The MCC Physician Referral Network was created to help individuals and families affected by MOGAD identify and connect with healthcare professionals who have experience caring for patients with MOG antibody disease (MOGAD). Navigating a rare disease can be overwhelming, and finding knowledgeable providers can sometimes be one of the biggest challenges families face.

Our Mission

To improve access to knowledgeable care by connecting patients and caregivers with physicians and healthcare professionals who understand MOGAD and are committed to supporting the rare disease community.

What We Do

• Provide information about physicians and specialists who treat patients with MOGAD.
• Help families identify potential care options in their region when available.
• Maintain a growing network of healthcare professionals interested in MOGAD.
• Support patients seeking second opinions or specialized care.
• Encourage collaboration and communication within the MOGAD community.

Important Information

The MCC Physician Referral Network does not provide medical advice, endorse specific treatments, or guarantee outcomes. Referrals are provided for informational purposes only to help patients and families identify potential healthcare resources. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Building Connections

MCC believes that access to knowledgeable care can make an enormous difference for patients and families living with MOGAD. By bringing together patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, we hope to make it easier for individuals around the world to find the support and expertise they need.

Our Promise

We are committed to helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered as they navigate their healthcare journey. No patient should feel alone when searching for answers or access to care.
